What is One Card?
This will let our you our guests play at The Belle of Baton Rouge and The Queen Baton Rouge.
When will guests be able to start playing at both properties?

How will the player card status be determined?
We will take the better of the two card statuses (if applicable). We will take the total tier credits earned at both properties to determine future tier status. The earning period iOctober 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
Will players be able to use cards from other owned properties?
Only cards from The Belle and The Queen can be used.
What happens to player points and comps?
You will not lose any points or comps. The points can be used at either The Belle of Baton Rouge or The Queen Baton Rouge. Any comps will remain at the respective property for the guest to use.
If I have only played at The Belle of Baton Rouge can I now use my points for food at The Queen Baton Rouge?
Absolutely! Any points earned at either of the Baton Rouge properties can be redeemed at your choice. Your points can also be used for Royal Free as well.
I received my direct mail offer in the mail. Can I use my offers at either property?
No, your offers for the time being will remain property specific.
Will I need to get a new card printed?
We have sent an email and or postcard stating which card you need to use beginning Monday 11/25. If they already have that card no reprint will be necessary. If for some reason you do not have that card either property will gladly provide a reprint.
What if I have a complaint concerning points or comps at another property?
All guest complaints should be resolved and reviewed with the source property. Please see someone either at the cage or players club to address your concerns.
Will I be able to use my points to stay in the Belle hotel?
Absolutely! We hope to open opportunities up in the coming months
